Booking Terms
1. Age Requirement
The lead guest must be at least 18 years old.
2. Payment Schedule
Payment is required during the week of arrival.
3. Agreement Overview
These booking terms ("Booking Terms") constitute a contract between HAYY LTD ("We"/"Us"/"Our"), as indicated in the "Reservation Confirmed with" section of the booking confirmation ("Booking Confirmation"), and the individual or legal entity making the booking ("You"/"Your"). These Booking Terms govern the provision of accommodation services ("Booking(s)") by Us to You and are governed by English law. By making a Booking, You agree to be bound by these Booking Terms.
4. Credit Card Payments
When making a payment using a credit card, the merchant of record will be displayed as Us, our parent company, or our trading name.
5. Right to Refuse Reservations
At the discretion of the directors, We reserve the right to refuse reservations from guests who may violate our rules of stay.
6. Booking Acceptance
A booking and the resulting contract between You and Us are effective upon Our acceptance of Your reservation. Acceptance occurs when We confirm Your reservation and receive either (i) full payment of the total price; (ii) a deposit equivalent to the first night's stay; (iii) any other amount specified at the time of booking; or (iv) an agreement to collect payment upon arrival or departure. If less than the total value of the stay is paid initially, the balance is due upon check-in, check-out, or an earlier agreed date. You must be over 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. Payments can be made using a valid credit/debit card, PayPal, or other specified methods. Upon confirmation, a reservation number is provided, which must be retained for any modifications or cancellations.
7. Pricing
All prices include VAT at the current rate where applicable and are per room, per night. Prices do not include additional costs incurred during your stay unless stated otherwise. Prices are correct for the specified number of guests, dates, nights, and rooms at the time of booking.
8. Availability
In rare instances where We cannot accommodate You as per Your booking, We will offer alternative accommodation. If the alternative is more expensive, You will be liable for the price difference. If it is cheaper, We will refund the difference.
9. Arrival and Departure
Check-in and check-out times are specified in Your Booking Confirmation. If You wish to check-in outside these times, You must arrange this directly with Us. Unarranged check-ins outside specified times may result in booking cancellation and retention of applicable fees. An additional charge of GBP20 applies for check-ins after 20:00.
10. Cancellations & Amendments
- Cancellations: If You cancel on or before the specified Cancellation Deadline, a full refund will be given, including any booking extras. Cancellations after this deadline will incur a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay, including any selected booking extras.
- Amendments: Changes to the number of guests, dates, room nights, or room type may result in price adjustments. If We cannot accommodate Your requested changes, Your booking will be canceled, and a full refund will be provided if the cancellation occurs before the Cancellation Deadline. Otherwise, the standard cancellation terms apply.
11. Payment
The total payable amount, as quoted in Your Booking Confirmation, will be charged to your credit/debit card, PayPal, or other specified payment method at the time of booking or check-in. Additional goods and services during Your stay must be paid in full directly to Us.
12. Security Deposit
A security deposit, payable via bank transfer before arrival, will be returned within seven days after check-out. You will forfeit this deposit if any property damage occurs, if smoking is detected on the premises, or if keys are misplaced (replacement fee of £50 applies).
13. Liability
Our liability is limited to the booking price, except for death or personal injury caused by Our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation. We are not liable for failure to provide services due to factors beyond Our control. You are responsible for any damage or loss caused to Us and agree to indemnify Us and cover costs for any repairs. We reserve the right to terminate Your booking without refund or compensation for unacceptable behavior that disturbs other guests.
14. Data Protection
We process Your information per relevant data protection legislation. Personal data may be transferred to eviivo Limited and its subsidiaries outside the EU. By booking, You consent to this data processing and transfer.
